Insurance Responsibilities Include
- Review abstracts and clear title; liens, judgments etc;
- Reviews all incoming information and documents for accuracy and completeness, including but not limited to title work, surveys, trust agreements, and wills
- Correct any existing title problems, e.g. unreleased trusts, Mechanics Liens, and Judgments
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Qualia a plus, but not required
- 1+ years title examine experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office Skills, Excel
- Excellent multi-tasking and decision making skills
- Positive attitude and strong support for corporate initiatives
